Infinity's Kitchen accepts submissions of fiction, poetry, essays, interviews, imagery and multi-media works.

Infinity’s Kitchen is an independent publication of essays, fiction, poetry, art and whatever else that’s cooking. This is a place for creative people to work out their ideas. We’re an arts and letters publication with a focus on the experimental and the avant-garde. Some of our influences include DaDa magazines and manifestos, Futurist publications, UbuWeb, Ray Gun Magazine.

Submissions

About the kind of content we need for “Infinity’s Kitchen”… It’s literary/arts type of thing, with an avant-garde attitude, if that makes any sense. You’re welcome to send in just about anything for inclusion in Infinity’s Kitchen. We’re looking for all kinds of experimental writing: essays, articles, manifestos, photo-documentaries, creative fiction or non-fiction, formal poems or other uncategorizable arrangements of words on the page. Let’s not forget the myriad of little tidbit articles that make magazines fun.

We’re looking to add some magazine features to the mix.

Columns – is your life or your wit interesting enough to warrant a semi-regular column?

Reviews – If you’re a bibliophile an audiophile or a screenhead, or even if you want your own work reviewed, let’s talk.

DIY – Recipes are fun, but even more fun are recipes for things that aren’t food.

Quizzes – The quizzes in some magazine are a guilty pleasure. They’re fun, self-indulgent, and slightly educational.

Journalism – Cover story articles, and the like. Got a hard-hitting message? Let’s hear it.

Interviews – Banter, repartee, etc. with someone who does something interesting.

Since this publication is still such a fledgling thing, please be okay with the prospects of no pay for this project. At present, we can’t offer monetary compensation, but it this thing is successful, then that could change. You’d get contributor’s copies, and of course the rights to your work would remain your own. Think of it as advertisement for your work? Think of it as an experiment?

Sincerely,

Dylan Kinnett
