This issue is about objects, physical ones, like boats, remote controls and prefabricated furniture. You are invited to encounter these objects in any order you like and to make of them what you will. The printed edition of this issue included instructions for folding one of its short stories into a paper boat.

With the second issue of Infinity’s Kitchen, we’re experimenting (carefully) with some ideas that we borrowed from concrete poetry. Concrete poetry, or visual poetry, is written so that the arrangement of the words on the page is important. It’s a great way to add some flavor to the language.

Along with this issue, Infinity’s Kitchen launched a new web-comic. Every week or so, Infinity’s Kitchen will publish a new installment in the comic strip series called Broken Muzzle.

Check out Infinity’s Kitchen! Our inaugural issue features a comic strip, an essay, poetry, artwork, short stories and all of it is cleverly laid out on the page by Matthew Yake. The first issue was celebrated with a release party, hosted by Metro Gallery, Baltimore.
